About me?!?

About me huh? Huh? HUH?? PUNK?? *cough* Er, yeah... My name's Wendy... I'm 24 and I live in Scotland....mmmm interesting...
I was hoping to go onto more advanced courses on web design after my last one, but the wotsits cancelled it, so I have ended up teaching myself! I was wanting to do more computer art stuff, but I realised I spend most of my time helping people with sites... so why not go into web design! I only do it for myself these days and some random bits for friends. My job is awsome so don't need to think up my own business plan ;)
If you really want to keep up with what I'm doing then I'll have that in the projects section.

Stuff I like...

CHOCOLATE ROCKS! And so does music..I'd go mad without listening to anything for a certain amount of time.
Although I'm actually lactose intollerant (milk based things don't like me) so all chocolatey things in moderation.
I like a wide range of music (just look at my Last.fm profile), so long as it isn't pop, country or something really crap basically. I like reading books (I can hear you going WOW in the background there... yes you!) Science fiction, fiction, philosophy stuff... lots really, although life gets in the way of the bulk of my reading these days.
I like doing art and viewing art...I enjoy abstract art, computer art and surrealism. (If it confuses someone, I like it.) Seem to be going through a stage of loving purple, I also like blue, black and rainbow stuff. (I even own a pair of rainbow jeans... stop laughing!!)
One thing I miss by living in a city is the stars, love looking at them, used to have a starry theme on this site but I've minimalised that now. Stars are everywhere for me!

Hobbies...

Well, you're at one of them. Webdesign obviously, I have my geeky moments. Art, being creative really. I love making things in general and being able to see the final product. I've made people cushions before, painted a cardboard pizza box, made random pots to hold my junk, origami... I think you get the idea.
Like cooking, but not just for myself (I actually suck at cooking for one) so not living alone helps ;)
Writing is one too although not as much as I used to, poetry mostly. I've had a few published over in America in book, tape and cd form. I dunno if it's much to brag about since a lot of people have had that done by Poetry.com. Haven't written anything in ages, writers block, yeah that'll do!
Lets see, I like singing, although it's not really a hobby if you don't do much part from sing along to songs you just happen to be listening to...
